Every Tricitech product is backed by a one-year limited warranty covering malfunctions resulting from a manufacturer defect. We stand behind the hardware we sell.
What's covered
For one year from the date of purchase, Tricitech will exchange any product that malfunctions due to a defect in materials or workmanship originating from the manufacturer.
Exchange, not refund
We do not issue refunds once a sale is completed. If a malfunction is caused by a defect on our side, we will exchange the product for an identical or equivalent unit at no cost.
Not covered
Damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, normal wear, or any issue not originating from the manufacturer is not covered by this warranty.
How to request an exchange
Contact our support team with your order number and a description of the malfunction.
Our engineers assess the issue and confirm whether it stems from a manufacturer defect.
If confirmed, we ship a replacement unit at no charge.
